Class times rotate each month and classes added/taken away as needed. Because we offer small group training classes of 3-9 participants and our goal is to provide an intimate setting of today's most popular classes, signup for class is required by 8PM the night before each class.
If the class is full, you will put on standby and notified when a space becomes available. Sign up 2 days in advance is a must for SPIN. Maximum capacity for signup is 18 members.

I HAVE GONE OUT TO FIND THE MOST QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS WHO CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PERSONAL GOALS! Here at Intelligent Fitness, your success is my utmost concern. In addition to my distinction as a Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA,) I am certified for over 6 years as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness instructor and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I realize that NOT ONLY must you have a class that you enjoy and helps you to reach your goals, but one that is instructed in the safest and most effective way possible!
We interview MANY instructors for positions but only a FEW get an opportunity to join our staff. WHY? We expect the finest and safest instructors that care about YOU and YOUR GOALS! Though some profess to care about your goals, once class is over, try calling your instructor or your studio's owner. CAN YOU REACH HIM OR HER?

JILL HOLDS HER B.F.A. IN DANCE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN AND HER MASTERS IN DANCE AND MOVEMENT THERAPY FROM HUNTER COLLEGE.
FROM TREATING MENTALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO THE UNDERSTANDING AND PRACTICE OF MOVEMENT THERAPY, JILL’S DIVERSE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE COMBINED WITH HER AEROBICS, MARATHON AND TEACHING PHILOSPHY WILL HELP YOU TO FEEL STRONG, REALIZE BALANCE AND STRIVE TO REACH THE BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE!

VANESSA RUSSELL - CLUB CARDIO/ZUMBA
Vanessa is a long time dancer, a health educator and a ZUMBA enthusiast. Always a proponent of the benefits of dance, ZUMBA has helped her to transform her body and her life leaving her the happiest and healthiest she has ever been. Vanessa is dedicated to helping others obtain these same benefits through dance fitness. Branching out to go beyond Zumba, Vanessa has choreographed Intelligent Fitness' concepts of fitness into a fun filled dance class called "CLUB CARDIO." Come enjoy this great class and find out why Vanessa remains true to her background in education. Vanessa creates an environment where anyone and everyone can learn and her classes are high energy, fun, easy to follow and will help you to meet all your fitness goals!

ADAM BARANELLO AND GAIL BENEVENTE

KNOWN AS The A&G Dance Company, ADAM AND GAIL specialize in body awareness and work in environments that focus on reaching people that may not have danced before or think that dancing is not for them. Adam and Gail are college educated teachers and have years of professional experience with all ages and demographics. Through their interactive classes, you will increase core strength, improve flexibility, balance and muscular conditioning all in the flavor of today’s latest flavors of Hip-Hop, their own original music composition and a unique YOGA/PILATES hybrid. Come see why Adam and Gail are considered one of the area’s highlights of movement choreography and group fitness instruction.
