Our Company, Intelligent Fitness, has operated for over 10 years and we offer cutting edge Group Personal Training Sessions and Personalized One to One Training sessions in our expanding East Northport Facility. Unlike "Big Box" or Frachised Public Gyms that seek to impress you with fancy equipment and an overabundance of classes, we offer the most original and popular Group Personal Training Sessions. We are constantly updating our class roster in our expanded Supervised Personal Training Center.
We have found the most qualified instructors who care about you and your personal goals. Here at Intelligent Fitness, your success is our utmost concern and we realize that you must not only have a class that you enjoy, but one that helps you to reach your goals in the safest and most effective way possible! Our end goal? Your ever improving quality of life.
We interview many instructors for positions but only a few get an opportunity to join our staff. Why? We expect the finest and safest instructors that care about you and your goals! Though some profess to care about your goals, try calling your instructor or your studio's owner after hours.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS :
TRX Suspension Training
Born in the NAVY SEALs, suspension training body weight exercises develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise -because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Thousands of people at all fitness levels now train on the TRX. From the everyday person who just wants to feel great to the worlds most elite athlete. Every instructor has a different style of teaching TRX to constantly work new body parts and switch it up!
Intell - Barre
Our Intell - Barre classes will help you firm, lengthen, and shape muscles to there most optimal form. Pilates, yoga, and ballet moves are involved to give you beautiful lean muscles. Set to upbeat music, this 60 minute class will start with a warm up of upper body exercises using light free weights. After that, the class moves into floor work that focuses on lower body, abs, and stretching. Barre will help to strengthen, and elongate muscles all at once.
Strong-n-Firm is a 60 minute total body strength and conditioning class. It targets all of your major muscle groups, by including basic strength training exercises, using weights and body bars. There is added ab work and flexibility. Strong-n-Firm is a safe and effective workout for the beginner and the advanced client.
This fast paced class provides the client with a focused total body sculpting workout. Get all the benefits of our traditional Strong-n-Firm class in only 45 minutes!
Strong-n-Firm 2.0 includes all the benefits of traditional Strong-n-Firm plus an extra 20 – 30 minutes of cardio. This class will format will be cardio / strength / floor work (abs & glutes). The class time will be 60-90 minutes depending on the focus of the day.
‘Ab’Solutely is a program unique to Intelligent Fitness, designed and created by Stacey Lerman. The bosu and physio ball are incorporated into this class. Though the abdominals are important, strengthening the lower and mid back are important for posture, lifting, and bending. Our AB program emphasizes proper pelvic biomechanics, range of motion and posturing to promote results.
Spinning classes are done in 60 minutes with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. The lights are turned down and pumped up music fills the room. Our top of the line instructors will guide you through different cycling phases. Warm up, steady uptempo movements, sprints, climbs, cool downs etc. You are always in control with adjusting the resistance to make pedaling easier or more difficult. Spin/Sculpt with Lidia
Lidia’s Spin/Sculpt class is a traditional non-stop spin class using 2-3 lb weights incorporating upper body sculpting moves. You will develop strength and endurance simultaneously!
Spin/Sculpt with Keri
Keri’s Spin/Sculpt class is a traditional spin class combined with strength training off the bike with weights and body bars.
Spin/TRX with Keri
Our unique combination class of Spin/TRX includes the best of both worlds!
Intelligent Fitness' bootcamp style classes are a combination of strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, core and interval training. Our fitness instructors offer encouragement rather than intimidation. Hit every major muscle group and show your body something different in our bootcamp classes!
30 Minute Power-Up
Our Power-Up class includes 30 minutes of high intensity interval training. With short intense anaerobic exercises and less intense recovery periods you are guaranteed a good workout!
Super Circuit format includes cardiovascular type of station incorporating circuits of weight training exercises. There is an alternating of time sequence throughout each station.
