Class times formats and instructors are subject to change. We offer Group Personal Training sessions of 10-15 participants. The goal is to provide a personal, motivating setting. You must cancel by 8pm the night prior if you are unable to attend a class you have registered for you will be charged for the class.

Studio is available from 12-3pm Mon-Fri for custom small group training classes. Sign up with 3-5 friends and and the class will be created for you. 6 week commitment required for 1-2x per week.
