Our staff currently competes in various sports as the Marathon, 5 and 10k running, Competitive Bodybuilding, or tri-athalons. We know the tenacity of the athlete’s mind because we think the same way. We possess a diverse network of qualified, educated professionals. The finest Professional athletes enlist the help of top Professionals, now you can too! Athletes enlist the help of personal trainers, dietitians, and other medical professionals to help them maximize their potential because they realize that they alone do not posses the knowledge to achieve their best. We bring all these disciplines together; Sport Specific Training, Nutrition, Soft Tissue and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, and Podiatry. WE UNDERSTAND THE MINDSET! It is even more critical for an athlete on any level to receive the right advice and training guidance to battle our toughest opponent, ourselves. We share the burden with our athletes. They will get into great shape, understand dietary needs and face the competition…affordably. A membership to a gym only addresses 10% of needs because it only provides equipment. - We define our practice as a complete managament approach to athletic enhancement. INCLUDING,
* Personal Training Sessions performed by an athlete for an athlete.* Our staff holds the highest levels of certified distinctions, degrees, and experience. * Diet coaching: We design an eating strategy with the objectives, profile, wants, and needs of the athlete in mind. * Injury rehabilitation: Using the patented Active Release Techniqueâ, in addition to other forms of Chiropractic Discipline, our capability to rehabilitate an athletic injury while still training sets us apart from any ordinary personal trainer or physical therapy center.* Sport Specific training: Not any “personal trainer” will do. Every athlete and every sport is different. Enhanced training program, enhanced athlete!
WHAT WE DO:
- · We guide our athletes through workouts, one-to-one, utilizing the latest advancements in sports specific training.
· Impart the proper nutritional principles that allow our students to make intelligent meal decisions on their own. · Educate the athlete on sound movement mechanics, repetition speed, proper weight, types of exercises, and stretching to allow quicker migration to a self training program. · Help our athletes to set and achieve their goals of junior and high school league competitiveness, college scholarships, professional sports preparation, or just enhance the everyday person’s desire to compete in running, swimming, biking, ball sports, or other athletic endeavors.
