INSTRUCTOR(S): HIP-HOP-FIT, YOGALATES KNOWN AS The A&G Dance Company, ADAM AND GAIL specialize in body awareness and work in environments that focus on reaching people that may not have danced before or think that dancing is not for them.
Adam and Gail are college educated teachers and have years of professional experience with all ages and demographics. Through their interactive classes, you will increase core strength, improve flexibility, balance and muscular conditioning all in the flavor of today’s latest flavors of Hip-Hop, their own original music composition and a unique YOGA/PILATES hybrid. MICHELLE WEINSTEIN
INSTRUCTOR: PILATES MICHELLE HAS BEEN TEACHING MAT PILATES FOR 4 YEARS. SHE RECEIVED HER CERTIFICATION FROM THE PHYSICAL MIND INSTITUTE OF NYC. MICHELLE TEACHES LARGE GROUP CLASSES AND PRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS TO MANY ENTHUSIASTIC STUDENTS. HER CLASS INCORPORATES UPPER AND LOWER BODY MOVEMENTS AS WELL AS THE “MAGIC CIRCLE” TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL RESISTANCE TO HER ALREADY CHALLENGING CLASSES.
